In addition to the provisions of MrAffiliate Program Terms & Conditions, all marketing, advertising and promotions targeted at any person located in Malta or otherwise subject to regulation by the Maltese Gambling Regulator must comply with the following requirements:

Mr Affiliates is a maltese registered company with registration number C43260. Mr Green's head office is registered at the address: Mr Green limited, Tagliaferro Business Center, level 7, High Street, Sliema SLM 1549, Malta. Mr Green Limited is a company licensed by the Gaming Inspection (Lottery Inspection) with a license period of 5 years from January 1, 2019. By completing and submitting the application form found on the MrAffiliate Website, the Affiliate acknowledges that it has read this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
